 Crash sends one to hospital web posted July 28, 2006 Photo by The Edgefield Advertiser  NORTHSIDE – A two vehicle collision at the intersection
of Highway 378
and Highway 430 just before 4:00 Thursday sent one to the hospital with
injuries. According to reports a black SUV was attempting to make a
left turn onto Highway 430 when he was broadsided by a white Suburban.
An ambulance on another call reported the accident just after it
occurred.A witness provided information saying the black SUV’s driver may not have been able to see the white Suburban due to the location of the sun at the time of the crash. The Suburban struck the black SUV in the passenger side door sending both vehicles off the roadway. The driver of the black SUV was taken to the hospital for chest injuries.
