Frank Baskett, Sr. web posted December 2, 2011 NORTH AUGUSTA – Mr. Frank Baskett, Sr., 85, of Five Notch Road, entered into rest November 30, 2011 at University Hospital. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, December 3, 2011 at Mealing Grove Missionary Baptist Church with the Rev. Joseph Harris officiating. Interment will be in the church cemetery. Mr. Baskett, a native of Edgefield County was a member of Mealing Grove Missionary Baptist Church. Survivors include three daughters, Shirley (Hubert) Morris, Atlanta, Ga., Belinda L. Stribling, Grovetown, Ga., Teresa (Wesley) Brinson, Augusta, Ga.; three sons, Frank (Judy) Baskett, Jr., Belvedere, SC, Harry Lee Baskett, Willie Ivy Baskett, North Augusta, SC; 19 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, 5 great great grandchildren, a host of other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends from 6-7 p.m. today at the funeral home. G. L.
