(Tom) Bryant, Jr.web posted January 31, 2009 EDGEFIELD – Thomas (Tom) Bryant, Jr., 87, of Jones St., husband of Maggie Quarles Bryant for 63 years died Friday 01/30/2009. Graveside services will be Sunday 02/01/09 in Eastview Cemetery at 2:30 pm. Mr. Bryant was a native of Edgefield County, retired from Kendall Company and an Army veteran of WWII. Survivors include his wife, one daughter Ora Lois (Billy Ray) Murrell, Ninety Six, SC, one son Thomas Russell (Rosario) Bryant, Edgefield, SC, one brother Curtis Bryant, Leesville, SC, one half brother Wyman Banks, Batesburg, SC, four grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a grandson Jason Ray Murrell. The family is at the home on Jones St. and will receive friends after the service at the cemetery. Edgefield Mercantile Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. © Copyright 2009
