Lucy Frances Lanham Duford web posted December 4, 2009 EDGEFIELD – Mrs. Lucy Frances Lanham Duford, 87, of Edgefield, wife of the late Raymond Duford, Sr., died Thursday 12-3-09 at Trinity Mission Health and Rehab. Funeral Services will be held Saturday 12-5-2009 at 2 P.M. at Republican Baptist Church with burial in the Church Cemetery. Mrs. Duford was born in Augusta, Ga. and was a member of Republican Baptist Church where she served as the Organist for a number of years. She was a Graduate of Edgefield High School and attended Winthrop College. She was a retired Secretary for the head of the Radiology Department at M.C.G. Survivors include 1 Son- Raymond (Eva Loretha) Duford, Jr., Edgefield, 1 Sister-Mary Anne (Sam) Hair, Johnston, 3 Grandchildren- Tony M. Duford, Angela Edwards, Susan Kneece, and 5 Great-Grandchildren. The Family will receive friends Friday from 6 to 8 P.M. at Edgefield Mercantile Funeral Home. © Copyright 2009
