Annie R. Scott Hammond web posted June 9, 2010 TRENTON – The Rev. Annie R. Scott Hammond, 67, of Bettis Academy Road, retired educator, entered into rest June 7, 2010. Funeral arrangements will be announced later. Rev. Hammond, a native of McCormick County was a member of Hosannah Baptist Church. Survivors include her husband, Alex Hammond; a son, Victor Hammond (Shawn), Trenton, SC; a daughter, Mexandra Walker (John), Aiken, SC; step mother, Georgia C. Scott, Belvedere, SC; three brothers, Tommie Scott, Jr., James Scott, North Augusta, SC; and Roosevelt Scott (Belinda), Augusta, Ga.; three sisters, Fannie M. Hightower (Rev. Joseph), Colorado Spring, CO; Rosetta Thompson (Horace), Washington, DC and Mildred Scott, Forestville, NY; a granddaughter, Tiffany Ford, Augusta, Ga.; brothers-in-law, Charlie W. Hammond (Susie) and Harvest Hammond (Rubenia), North Augusta, SC; Otis Hammond (Louise) and Theodis Hammond (Shirley), Trenton, SC; Dennis Carter (Addie), Columbia, SC; and William Ellis, Maryland; sisters-in-law, Mattie H, Hinton, Queens, NY; Walter Lee Reese, Augusta, Ga.; Barbara H.
