Mary A. Coleman Huffman

AUGUSTA - Mary A. Coleman Huffman entered
into rest on Friday, February 1, 2008 at University Hospital. She was
the beloved wife of the late Fred Huffman. Graveside services will be
held today, Monday, February 4, 2008 at 11 a.m. at Westover Memorial
Park. A native of Augusta, Mary was the daughter of the late George L.
Coleman, Sr. and the late Reba Cadden. She was a homemaker and loved
her family. She will be deeply missed. Survivors include four sons,
Archie Morris of Evans, Ga., Charlie Kennedy of Keysville, Ga., Richard
James of Augusta and Charlie James, Jr. of Evans; two daughters, Cheryl
White of Hephzibah, Ga. and Phyllis Burrell of Augusta; three sisters,
Ann Blackstone of Evans, Louise Chapman of Augusta and Ruby Boyd of
Trenton, S.C.; one brother, James B. Coleman of Augusta; 18
grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and
cousins. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Gloria James Barnes
and her sister, Deanna Morris. Elliott Sons Funeral Home on Lumpkin
Road is in charge of arrangements.
