Lizzie Mae Mathis web posted August 13, 2010 JOHNSTON – Funeral Services for Mrs. Lizzie Mae Mathis, will be held 1;00 PM Saturday, August 14, 2010, at the Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church with the Rev. Ernest Gordon, Pastor and the Rev. Lorenzo Williams, the eulogist. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Those cherishing her memory are: Two Daughters; Patricia (Albert) Phillips of Johnston, and Dana Mathis of North Augusta. Two Sisters In-Law; Vernessa (John) Merriweather and Betty Bussey both of Johnston. Three Grandsons; Gerrod (Lovelette) Kenley, Quincy Kenley, and Albert J. Phillips all of Johnston. Four Great Grandchildren. Four Aunts; Nellie Weaver, Pearl Bussey both of Johnston, SC, Estee Mathis of Washington, DC, and Dorothy Kenner of North Carolina.
