John Henry Nealous web posted June 26, 2008 NORTH AUGUSTA – Mr. John Henry Nealous, 85, entered into rest June 23, 2008 at University Hospital. Funeral arrangements will be announced later. Mr. Nealous, a native of Edgefield County, was a member and deacon of Spring Grove Baptist Church. He was a United States Army veteran. Survivors include his wife, Carrie Fletcher Nealous; a niece he raised as a daughter, Tonya Brown, North Augusta; a brother, Theodore (Bessie) Nealous, Zalrico, Fla.; sisters-in-law, Susie Lee Nealous, North Augusta and Rose O'Connor, Philadelphia, Pa.; a devoted niece, Shirley Nealous, Trenton, S.C.; two grandsons, Calvin and Cameron Brown; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
