Mary Alice Christie Padgett web posted January 22, 2011 EDGEFIELD – Ms. Mary Alice Christie Padgett, 81, of Edgefield, died Friday January 21, 2011 at Trinity Mission Health and Rehab. Funeral Services will be held Tuesday January 25, 2011 at 11 A.M. at Edgefield Mercantile Funeral Home with burial in Sunset Gardens Memorial Park in Edgefield. Ms. Padgett was a native of Edgefield, S.C. and a member of Edgefield First Baptist Church. She was the former owner of the Peach Bowl Restaurant and a Homemaker. Survivors include 2 Sons- Rickey D. Padgett, Lexington, and Chris Padgett, Pendleton. 1 Daughter- Angie Padgett, Aiken. 1 Brother- Simmie Christie, Aiken. And 2 Grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 P.M.
