Nora Jane Moore Pitcher web posted August 7, 2010 GROVETOWN, GA – Mrs. Nora Jane Moore Pitcher, 69, of Joy Rd., died Friday August 6, 2010 at the Medical College of Ga. Graveside Services will be held Monday August 9, 2010 at 10 A.M. at Sunset Gardens Memorial Park, Edgefield. Mrs. Pitcher was born in Edgefield, S.C. Mrs. Pitcher worked at Graniteville Co. and Clearwater Finishing Plant. She Retired as a Bus Driver for Columbia County. Survivors include 2 Daughters- Debra (Vernon, Sr.) Carver, Langley, Lisa (Charles) Williams, North Augusta. 3 Sons- James Cook, Greer, Glenn Cook, Bath, and Ron ( Sherrie) Johnson, Edgefield. 3 Sisters- Vivian Sprouse, Edgefield, Ethel Crawford, North Augusta, Becky Lawton, Plum Branch. 10 Grandchildren and 5 Great-Grandchildren. Pallbearers are Danny Fields, Chris Moore, Chris Cleveland, Vernon Carver,Sr., Charles Williams, Trey Williams, Roedy Johnson.
