EDGEFIELD – Thomas F. (Tom) Rodgers, 64,
husband of the late Jennie
Rodgers, died Thursday December 25, 2008, at Edgefield County Hospital.
Graveside Services will be held Tuesday December 30, 2008, at 11 A.M.
at Turkey
Ridge Cemetery. All Hunters who are attending the Graveside Service are
encouraged to wear Camouflage.
Mr. Rodgers was a native of Fredricksburg, Va. He was the son of the
late Thomas E. Rodgers and Mrs. Lottie Samuels Rodgers. He was the
founder of the National Wild Turkey Federation and was the Retired host
of The Everyday Sportsman.
Survivors include his Mother, 1 Son- Mark Rodgers, Marietta, Ga., 2
Sisters- Barbara Broaddus and Melody Borneman, both of Fredricksburg,
Va.
The family is at the home and will receive friends from 6 to 8 P.M.
Monday at the home of Judy Pendarvis on Rabbit Trail in Edgefield.
Edgefield Mercantile Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
