John Henry Hen Simpkins web posted August 31, 2011 EDGEFIELD – Mr. John Henry Hen Simpkins, entered into rest August 25, 2011. Funeral services will be held 3 p.m. Thursday, September 1, 2011 at G. L. Brightharp & Sons Mortuary Chapel with the Rev. G. L. Brightharp officiating. Interment will be in Simmon Ridge Baptist Church Cemetery. Survivors include a sister, Betty (William) Gilliam; nephews, Ricky Miles, Robert Oliphant and Ernest (Shirley) Simpkins; a niece, Angelia Oliphant; god niece, Ashley Blalock ;great nieces, Bianca Miles, Brianna Oliphant; great nephews, Antjuan Miles, Tony Miles; great great niece, Tyanna Miles; greatgod nephew, Randall Blalock; a longtime friend, Jean Sanders; a special loving friend, Josephine Cason; family friend, Shannon Hilton; other relatives and friends.
