Frances Rearden Smith web posted August 4, 2009 JOHNSTON – Mrs. Frances Rearden Smith, 89, died Monday August 3, 2009 at Trinity Mission Health and Rehab. Funeral Services will be held Wednesday August 5, 2009 at 11 AM at Edgefield Mercantile Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Harmony United Methodist Church cemetery. Mrs. Smith was a life long resident of Edgefield County, SC; she was a member of Harmony United Methodist Church and retired Manager of William Jeffery Motel. Survivors include her son Buddy (Linda) Smith, of Johnston, SC; three grandchildren Robbie (Ann) Smith, of Batesburg, SC; Sheila (BoBo) Crow and Mathew (Brandi) Smith both of Johnston, SC; 5 great-grandchildren; Luke, Nichole, Cody, Kristi and Kole and a special niece Patsy Bush. Memorials may be made to Harmony United Methodist Church, c/o Brad Covar 211 Jones St., Edgefield, SC. The family is at the home of her son on Louisa Lane, Johnston, SC and will receive friends from 6 to 8 PM Tuesday August 4, 2009 at the funeral home. © Copyright 2009
