JOHNSTON – A Celebration of Life Memorial
Service for Mrs. Frances Wilkerson Smith will be held at Harmony United
Methodist Church at 12 Noon on Tuesday, December 29, 2009 following a
private family burial in Sunset Gardens Memorial Park. Mrs. Smith, a
native of Edgefield County, died Thursday, December 24, 2009. She was a
daughter of the late Roy E. and Sadie Franklin Wilkerson. Mrs. Smith
retired as City Clerk for the Town of Johnston and was a member of
Harmony United Methodist Church. Survivors include her husband: Perry
B. Smith; daughter: Dana (Mike) Casey; sister: Ceile (Voigt) Kempson;
granddaughters: Brecken (Stuart) Campagna and Bryna (Cameron) Rickett
and great granddaughter: Collan Sophia Campagna. She was preceded in
death by a son, Jimmy Smith. Memorials may be made to All God's
Creatures, 62 Old Plank Road, Johnston, SC 29832 or to Annabelle
Baskets, P. O. Box 576, White Rock, SC 29177. Annabelle Baskets
donations go towards care baskets for pediatric cardiology patients at
