Sibert Talbertweb posted March 10, 2009 EDGEFIELD – Mrs. Louise Sibert Talbert, wife of Mr. Albert Talbert, died at Hospice House Of The Piedmont, March 7, 2009. She was born in McCormick, SC August 18, 1949, a daughter of the late Robert Lee and Essie Bell Talbert Sibert. She was a graduate of Mims High School and was a member of the Mt. Moriah Baptist Church in Plum Branch, SC. She was a retired employee of the McCormick County School District. Survivors are her husband of the home; three sons, Feltonnous (Cherae) Talbert of McCormick, SC., Lavictor (Shara) Talbert of Indian Trail, NC, and Altavious Talbert of Edgefield, SC; a sister, Minerva Martin of Charlotte, NC; five brothers, Robert Lee Sibert, Jr., Ben Otis Sibert, James Sibert, and Lawerence Sibert, all of McCormick, SC and Ernest Sibert of Groveland, FL; and four grandchildren. Funeral services will be Wednesday at 12:00 Noon at the Mt. Moriah Baptist Church in Plum Branch, SC with the pastor Rev. Melvin Gordon officiating. Assisting is Rev. J. C. Williams. The family will receive friends at Mt. Moriah Church on Tuesday evening from 6:00 P.M. til 8:00 P.M. The family is at her home at 105 Callison Highway in Edgefield County.
