  2009 Miss Harvest Festival Pageant seeking contestants web posted September 18, 2009 RIDGE SPRING – The 2009 Miss Harvest Festival Pageant will be held at 10 am Saturday, October 17, 2009, at the Ridge Spring Civic Center. Applications for contestants from age’s infant to twenty years are still open. Winners will be featured in the Harvest Festival parade on October 24 to represent the community. The Miss Harvest Festival Queen will receive a $500 scholarship. Full details of the pageant and an entry application can be downloaded here.
