County Sheriff's Office and Johnston Police Department make drug
arrests in Johnston area
Sheriff's Office Press Release web posted January 18, 2006 Edgefield, SC (January 17, 2006) - The Edgefield County Sheriffs Office S.W.A.T. Team along with the assistance of Saluda County Sheriffs Office and the Johnston Police Department executed a search warrant at 205 Lanier Street in Johnston, S.C. on January 11,2006. Arrested was Terrie Natkisha Jones, 27, of Johnston, S.C. She was charged with two counts of Possession with intent to distribute Marijuana and two counts of Child Endangerment. Other narcotics arrest were Freddie Forest Jr., 24, of Johnston, S.C., charged with three counts of Possession with intent to distribute Marijuana and three counts of Possession of Marijuana within the Proximity of a School. Willie Dukes, 35, of Johnston, S.C. was charged with three counts of Distribution of Crack Cocaine and three counts of Distribution of Crack Cocaine within the Proximity of a School. Richard Satterwhite, 24, of North Augusta, S.C. was charged with Conspiracy to Obtain a controlled Substance. On January 13, 2006, Johnston Police Officers, during a traffic stop arrested Roy Alien Blacks, 39, of Johnston. He was charged with Possession of Crack Cocaine. On January 14, 2006, Johnston Police Officers, during a traffic stop arrested Fredrick Dekontee Robinson, 22, of Saluda, S.C. He was charged with Simple Possession of Marijuana, Possession with intent to Distribute Crack Cocaine and Possession of cocaine. Sheriff Dobey says, "These arrests are part of our increased efforts to remove illegal drugs off of the streets in the Johnston area and elsewhere in Edgefield County. I encourage all citizens to call the Sheriffs Office with any information they feel may help prevent or solve a crime. Any tips that are made to the Sheriffs Office will be kept anonymous. Citizens can help by being extra eyes and ears for law enforcement. A strong partnership between law enforcement and the community can help prevent and solve crimes." For
