  REWARD: Police seek escaped prisoner web posted June 30, 2008  FLORENCE – Officials
at the Palmer
Prerelease Center are seeking the whereabouts of Rayshawn James, 28,
after escaping from custody at the prerelease center around 5:30
Saturday afternoon. The facility is a minimum-security facility in
Florence SC. A reward for information for Mr. James’ capture is being
offered.Mr. James is described as a black male standing 5 foot and 11 inches tall and weighing approximately 204 pounds. He has tattoos on both arms; on the right arm a tattoo of RIP Lakiesha James, Brothers Love, Angel on Cloud, James Boys and on his left arm a tattoo bearing NYC with a cross and the words Only Strong Survived. James was sentenced to six years in prison for a crack distribution conviction in Chesterfield, SC. Anyone with information is asked to call the Fugitive Apprehension Unit at (877) 349-2130 from 8 AM to 5 PM EST. After 5 PM call (803) 896-2258 or the SC Law Enforcement Division at (803) 737-9000 or contact local law enforcement at 911. ©
