Peeping Tom arrested on Pine Ridge Road Edgefielddaily.com web posted August 30, 2005 EDGEFIELD – A woman making her bed early Saturday morning, August 27, saw the upper half of a man outside her window. The man then laid down out of view. A call reporting a prowler on the 500 block of Pine Ridge Road was made to the Edgefield County Sheriff’s Department at 6:50 am. Deputy Willie Callaham responded to the call and could find no one around the home. The woman described the man as a black male with white tennis shoes, blue jeans, white shirt, and dread-locks. Deputy Callaham patrolled the area and spotted a man fitting the description and detained him and returned him to the home for identification. The victim confirmed the identification and David Strom Jr., 28, of the 300 block of Burt Street in Edgefield was placed under arrest. He was booked into the Detention Center on charges of a Peeping Tom. He will have to appear in Magistrate Court to face the charges.
