Edgefield Majors Defeat Clemson 12-8 in State Tournament Play-Offs
STAFF REPORT
web posted July 24, 2013

SPORTS – If there was ever a year that making the EDYB Majors All-Star team would be tough for an 11 year old, this would be that year. Heavy with 12 year olds for the first time in several years, the odds of any of the younger players being named to the team could have been viewed as a long shot at best. For 11 year old Michael Feagin, those odds were made even longer by a mid-season ankle injury that sidelined the hard throwing right-hander for 2 weeks.
