 Students Tour USC School of Medicine web posted February 27, 2008 JOHNSTON – Strom Thurmond High School Seniors Christopher Robinson, Corina Kitcey, Parker Northrop and Dontavia West attended the annual “Role Models in Medicine” program held at the USC School of Medicine on February 22. The event included scientific demonstrations, a tour of the campus and an opportunity for the students to meet and talk with medical students and faculty. Students will gain important information on what curriculum at the School of Medicine is like. The “Role Models in Medicine’” program is designed to generate enthusiasm among high school students who have an interest in pursing a career as a physician. Teacher Jill Rosier and Rhonda Herlong, STCC Guidance Counselor, also accompanied the group on the trip. ©
