 Future Business Leaders of America Capture Awards at State Conference web posted March 24, 2008 JOHNSTON – March 14-16 FBLA members traveled to Charleston for the FBLA State Leadership Conference and Competition. There were over 1,000 members and advisors in attendance. All FBLA members did an excellent job of representing Strom Thurmond Career Center and High School. Caquisha Burton won 1st Place in Job Interview; Adam Talbert was 3rd place in Introduction to Business; Kathleen Hill won 4th place in Introduction to Business; and Reona Broadwater won 4th place in FBLA Principles and Procedures. Congratulations are in order to Kathleen Hill for being elected as District I Vice President for the State FBLA Chapter. Caquisha and Kathleen will be traveling to Atlanta in June for the National Leadership Conference. ©
