 FFA Fundraiser and “Cow Drop” Sept 4 web posted August 31, 2009 JOHNSTON – The Strom Thurmond Future Farmers of America (FFA) is planning a full filled day of events and games suited fall all ages along with hotdogs, chips, drinks, boiled peanuts, and more. There will be a “cow drop” in which one lucky person will walk away with $100. The event will be at JET Middle School this Friday from 6 until 9 pm on September 4. The FFA Sponsored Cow Drop will be taking place at the softball field. For more information contact a FFA officer, member or Advisor on how you can purchase a ticket by calling 803-275-1767. Please come out to support your local FFA. Proceeds from the night will help send students to FFA Competitions across the state. Admission is $2 per person. © Copyright 2009
