![]() "Anything goes" set to hit the stage at STH this weekend web posted November 6, 2006 The cast has been working on the show since school began, and some even met during this past summer to begin work. McKinney feels the terrific cast has put in much effort to bring the 1930’s show to life, while adding an exciting twist – the show will transform into a modern day production. McKinney is especially excited about a new, creative beginning that is sure to please the audience! The set is another beautiful design from stage manager and assistant director, Lynn Rearden, and was built by Stephen Cantrell, Charles Reames, and Mitchell Herring. The stage is sure to bring “oohs” and “aahs” as the curtain opens. Another surprise is that Tracie Luquire-Watson is not only choreographing the show, but is starring in the lead role that she played fourteen years ago after graduating. Joining the show are other adults who help make the show possible, Carole Chidley plays the flute; Vicky Clark, as assistant stage manager, with Marcie Watson, Janet Reames, Ruthann McCann, and Mrs. Wheeler helping backstage and with make-up. McKinney and his staff would also like to say many thanks to the gracious patrons that support the program! This show is a treat and will bring smiles to all. Please make plans to attend “Anything Goes.” “Anything Goes” November 11 at 7pm November 12 at 3:30 pm Steven McKinney – Director Lynn Rearden – Stage Manager & Assistant Director Tracie Luquire-Watson – Choreographer For ticket information contact Lisa Crocker at 275-1768 Repeat show with new cast from over a decade ago.
