The students were given a workplace personality indicator test that helps them understand themselves and how to relate to other people in the work place. This insight program consists of four personality categories. The categories are Direct and Active, Interested and Lively, Steady and Cooperative, Concerned and Correct. After each student had worked the activity and found out what type workplace personality they had, a discussion was held on how to get along better with others in the workplace.
