 Burglary reported in Sweetwater area web posted August 26, 2006 SWEETWATER – A homeowner reported the discovery of her house being burglarized Thursday afternoon. She stated she left the home in early August and did not return until Thursday. An unknown person or persons forcibly entered the home through the back door and made off with almost $500 in goods, reports said. A Sheriff’s Deputy arrived at the scene and found no one in the Fox Terrace home. Evidence was collected at the scene for processing. The owner stated a 27” Sanyo TV and a Sony Playstation 2 were missing. Fingerprints were able to be obtained from the back door. The owner told police she would not be staying at the home and asked that additional patrol checks be conducted by deputies. The total value of the TV and Playstation was listed as $450. The case is currently under investigation and remains active. For
