Shotgun, dirt bikes reported stolen

TRENTON – A Trenton man reported a theft from his shop on the 2500 block of Edgefield Road (Highway 25) Sunday afternoon with two dirt bikes and a shotgun stolen from the location. The theft is believed to have taken place on the previous night.

According to reports the owner stated someone came into his shop and made off with a single barrel 12 gauge shot gun, a 1997 Honda CR125R red and white dirt bike, and a 2000 red Honda XR200 dirt bike.

The case has been forwarded on to the investigative division of the Sheriff’s Office for follow-up. The total loss in the theft was estimated above $3,000.
