 Trenton home site of most recent burglary web posted February 26, 2008 TRENTON – A Trenton home located on Sable Lane was found burglarized this weekend while the owners were out of town. The owner’s sister arrived on Saturday afternoon to check on the home and found the front door “kicked in” and notified the Sheriff’s Office. Sheriff’s Deputies arrived a short time later and found no one inside the home. The sister said she was last at the home on Wednesday and everything was secured. It is unknown on what date the burglary took place. Reported missing from the home was an X-Box 360 gamming system, five games, a money jar containing an unspecified amount of money, and car floor mats. It was unknown if any other items were missing until the couple returns to the home and makes contact with investigators. The partial list of stolen items was estimated to be $825 in value. The case is currently in the hands of the Investigative Division of the Sheriff’s Office. ©
