  Trenton Home Burglarized Tuesday web posted March 14, 2013 TRENTON – A Courtney Road woman arrived back at her home Tuesday morning after being away for just four hours and discovered she had been burglarized, backed out of the house and called 911. An Edgefield County Sheriff's Deputy and an Investigator arrived and cleared the home and found no one inside. However, the woman discovered over $5,000 in property missing from the home. According to an incident report, the person or persons forced open a back window to gain entry into the home. Once inside they made off with electronics and jewelry estimated at a value of $5,300. A 55 inch Toshiba Flat Screen TV (SN# AZ7163MZ1992A1) was missing from the living room, a Toshiba 32 inch TV (SN#VX1A0081900) was taken from another room as well as two Fossil watches, a Citizen Echo watch and assorted jewelry.
