 Burned car stolen from Greenville web posted Apri 25, 2006 TRENTON – A Trenton man called the Edgefield County Sheriff’s Office to report a car being burned on family property. When a deputy arrived at the location on Woodyard Road he indeed found a car that had been completely burned to the frame. A call to dispatchers for registration information found the car, a 2005 Chrysler Sebring, was stolen out of Greenville County. When notified, Greenville County authorities said they would not be coming to the scene. The next wrecker on rotation towed the car and will hold it until the owner can be notified. There was no evidence to the person responsible located at the scene. For
