 Reckless driver arrested for no license web posted Apri 25, 2006 TRENTON – A report of a reckless driver in the vicinity of Highway 25 and Highway 19 came in to Edgefield County Dispatchers. A Sheriff’s Investigator in the area spotted a car matching the description stopped in “the middle of the road”. As another deputy arrived on the scene a quick check of the man found he did not have a driver’s license. Severo Gonzalez Hernandez, 23, of Jeanies Lane, Grantville wa arrested and transported to the Detention Center for booking. Mr. Hernandez’s car was towed from the scene. Though a minority in the area, Hispanics garner almost two-thirds of arrests for no driver’s license in the county. For
