Car stereo thefts spread to Trenton web posted May 2, 2007 TRENTON – A Trenton man has been the most recent victim of breaking and entering into a motor vehicle when he arrived home on Monday morning to find his Grand Marquis broken into and stereo equipment stolen. The man called to report the crime and a deputy arrived a short time later to find the driver’s side window broken out of the car to gain entry. The owner said two speaker boxes and an amplifier were missing from the car. The speakers were described as Memphis brand and the speaker boxes were gray with a large “M” in the center. The amplifier was only described as being Pyramid brand. The damage and stolen items were valued at around $500. There were no suspects listed on police reports. For
