Aiken Woman Reports Assault over Sex Refusal

web posted July 15, 2014

TRENTON A Trenton man is being sought following an Aiken woman reporting she was attacked by her on-and-off-again boyfriend late Saturday night. The woman said they watched a movie together and when it was over she told him that she had to go home so she could go to church the next morning. When she refused to have sex the man attacked her.

According to an incident report, the woman said when she refused to have sex the man threw her to the floor, got on top of her chest and started choking her telling her, "I will kill you!"

The woman told deputies she told him her brother was a police officer and called 911. That is when he took her phone and her car keys. She was able to grab his groin and get him off of her and ran out of the house. The man followed trying to stop her from leaving, tearing her dress in the process.

She was able to get in her car and drive to a nearby store where she borrowed a young lady's phone and called 911. Deputies arrived and photographed her injuries which matched what she claimed in her statement. She refused medical help, the report states.

Deputies went to the home but were unable to locate the man.

As of Monday morning no arrest has been made and charges are pending.
