Stereo stolen from workers car, blood found inside web posted September 21, 2006 TRENTON – An employee at Urban Outfitters called police to report someone breaking into her car while she was at work Tuesday night around 10 pm. The car was found with a broken window and a car stereo missing. The perpetrator evidently received a cut while breaking out the window as blood was found inside the car and a blood trail led away from the crime scene. The woman contacted the Sheriff’s Office later to inform them that when she met with her boyfriend later in Augusta he had a cut to his arm that was bleeding “profusely” and could not offer an explanation as to how he cut himself. The North Augusta man has since been listed as a suspect in the vehicle break-in. The value of the stereo was listed as $200 and an estimated $100 in damage was done to the car window. The case remains active and has been forwarded on to the investigative division of the Sheriff’s Office. No arrests have been made at this time. For
